Preparation Instructions:
To begin this recipe you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a cookie sheet and grease it thoroughly. Moving forward, take out a small mixing bowl and add in the white and brown sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Whip these initial ingredients together until you have a light and fluffy mixture. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and then add in the newly prepared fluffy cream, all purpose flour, baking soda, fresh egg, and table salt. Vigorously stir these ingredients together until your cookie dough begins to firm in your bowl. Lastly add in the chopped pistachios and butterscotch chips, and then stir these two ingredients together until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
