This butterscotch potato chip cookies recipe was submitted to us by Elizabeth from John Day Oregon. To begin you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a small mixing bowl, and then add in the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter. Mix these ingredients together until they form a light and fluffy cream. Next beat in the eggs, until they are fully absorbed into the mixture. Moving along, next add in the white all purpose flour and baking soda, again vigorously stirring until a firm cookie dough begins to form. Lastly add in the butterscotch chips and crushed potato chips, stirring them in until they are evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough. You can now take out a large baking sheet, grease it with butter, then place small clumps of the cookie dough on to the sheet. Slide the cookies into the oven to bake for eight to ten minutes, or until the cookies are nice and golden. That concludes this delicious and unique recipe, please don't forget to bookmark our website.
